Graduated in 1997 from the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo; postgraduate degree in Compliance from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (GVlaw); specialist in Criminal Law from the Paulista School of Magistrates and in Constitutional Law from the Higher School of Constitutional Law.

She is a member of the Criminal Advocacy Commission of the OAB/SP (São Paulo Bar Association) and the Prerogatives Council of the OAB/SP; a member of the São Paulo Lawyers Association and the Institute for the Defense of the Right to Defense.
